About Bob Tozier
I am the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and the founder of ¡Yo Soy Artista!. I graduated from Duquesne with honors in 1992 with a Music Education degree and graduated from Duquesne University in 2000 with a Masters in Education with an emphasis in technology. I have presented his music curriculum to current and future music educators both at the college and high school levels. This curriculum is based on his certification of TI-ME (Technology Institute for Music Educators). I have received the following awards: May 2008 Pennsylvania Keystone Award for Technology Integration in Education, May 2006 Teacher Excellence Center - One of 100 Finalists out of 4,000 nominees from 55 school districts in southwestern Pennsylvania, June 2005 Who's Who Among America's Teachers - Recognized for Excellence in teaching in the 9th Edition, May 2005 Teacher Excellence Center - One of 110 Finalists out of 3,300 nominees from 60 school districts in southwestern Pennsylvania, June 2004 Who‚Äôs Who Among America's Teachers - Recognized for Excellence in teaching in the 8th Edition, June 2003 Classroom Connect Internet Teacher of the Year - Nationally recognized as "Honorable Mention" for Innovative use of the Internet in the classroom, May 2002 Sam's Club Teacher of the Year - Regionally recognized for Online(e-learning) Music Education Program for Music Theory and Composition.
